MoneyPennyEFT saves payment history. You can easily review the entire payment Life Cycle
for any individual.

You can see the entire payment history in our example for John Smith. The Status Column shows the payment as "Paid" or "Unpaid". Unpaid payments are the future due dates that have not been collected yet.

There is another payment status called "Returned", in managing EFT payments occassionally a payment is returned for Insufficent Funds sometimes called "NSF". You can use the advanced Exception management system to track these returns to collect the funds again later and to keep accurate recording keeping per payment in this Lifecycle.

You can always review the Payment Life Cycle to see the individuals payment history.
