MoneyPennyEFT saves payment history. You can easily review the entire payment Life Cycle
for any individual.

Sometimes it is not efficient to store payments with the same dollar amount, an example is travel or hourly payroll. The amount varies from week to week.

MoneyPennyEFT has the ability to create an Import Template. this file format can be opened in Microsoft Excel™. You can quickly type or calculate the amounts in the spreadsheet and import the values back into your payment folder.

Select the folder name, then click the Create File button. The payment template will be available for you to enter the dollar amounts.

In this example we have calculated the Hours Worked times the Rate to enter our final amount in Column E.

When you generate your bank file, you have the opportunity to import the payments.

Open your template file and the payments will be imported.

Once the payments are imported the final message box is displayed. If there are any errors during the import process (ex. An extra payment) the system will provide you with a result page for your attention.
